Booster Juice was one of the first juice bars established in Canada, which gave the founders an opening to create the business how they wanted to. They saw the Americans put a lot of focus on producing as much as possible without focusing on the quality of the juice. By using fresh, never frozen ingredients with real fruit juices it puts them at a competitive advantage compared to many other juice bars.
